 - 4 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 tsp ground coriander
 - 1/2 tsp cumin powder
 - 1/4 tsp turmeric
 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves chopped
 - 6 tbsp almond meal or flour
 - 1 egg whisked

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F ( 200 C).
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with some olive oil.

 - Place the fava beans in a food processor and blitz a few times until coarsely chopped.
 - Add the diced potato and the spinach leaves. Follow by the oil, the garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, red pepper and salt and pepper to taste.
 - Mix once more until combined and transfer to a bowl.
 - Add the chopped cilantro, the almond meal or flour and the egg.
 - Knead with your hands until well mixed. Wet your hands and shape the mix into thick patties. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Place the sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes then bake in the heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
 - Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 minutes
