Thai Slaw
This salad is vibrant, crunchy and delicious. Jam-packed with contrasting flavors and textures, it is nutritious, loved by everyone and will disappear fast whenever you make it.

Ingredients
For the salad
- 1 green cabbage thinly julienned
 - 1 purple cabbage thinly julienned
 - 2 cups carrots julienned
 - 1 mango peeled, pitted and thinly julienned
 - 1 green onion thinly sliced
 - 1 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
 - 1 cup fresh basil finely chopped
 - 1/2 cup roasted peanuts or cashews chopped
 
For the dressing
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp raw honey
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 tsp fresh ginger shaved
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Place all the salad ingredients in a big bowl and mix.
 - In a separate small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients until well combined.
 - Toss the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with some more nuts and herbs.
 - Serve and enjoy!
